If you need to get your orders started right away, you can download printable versions of our Crown and Bridge or Removable prescription forms. Simply fill out your prescription, keep a copy for your records and include a copy with your case and ship to Z-Best Dental Lab.

Z-Best Dental Lab generally arrange express mails for delivery service, including UPS, DHL and FedEx to provide the most timely transportation of your cases.

At Z-Best Dental Lab, we understand that case turnaround times drive patient scheduling in your practice. Please refer to working times to assist you in determining in-lab working days. Please note our case turnaround times are effective once all applicable case materials have arrived at Z-Best Dental Lab.
Note that combination cases including multiple product configurations require full working time for each product component selected for the case. Specialty cases such as dental implants may require additional in-lab working time than those listed.

If you ask for your cases by selecting specific brand materials, please let us known in advance. We know for some materials, using different brand has different price in market.

All rush cases must be pre-scheduled by informing us before the case is shipped. Rush case turnaround time depends on the time of day the case is received at Z-Best Dental Lab. An additional fee will be added to all rush cases.

Following steps will ensure your safe delivery of all case materials:
1. The all case materials need disinfected, then sealed in bag;
2. Models should be wrapped with bubble wrap and additional bubble wrap should be filled around;
3. For shipping articulator and face-bow, remove or separate models from models and wrap individually and anchored in box. The face-bow and other enclosures need be wrapped separately;
4. Any loose models shipped should be placed in separate small container or sealed in plastic bag and wrapped separately to avoid loss or breakage.
